Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how RA Pixel Labs handles information in the HisaabRakho Android app. HisaabRakho helps you keep event budgets, expenses, contributions, participant shares and payment records.

2. Information you enter

You may enter profile or participant names, event names and dates, budgets, contributions, expense titles and amounts, categories, notes, who paid, split shares and recorded payments. If you attach a bill photo, you choose the image using Android's file picker.

These records are stored locally in the app on your device. Participant profiles are names used in your records; they are not online accounts. HisaabRakho does not require registration, an email address or sign-in.

3. Collection and transmission

The current app does not transmit your financial records or receipt images to RA Pixel Labs or a HisaabRakho server. The current release has no account sync, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking. We do not receive the names or amounts you enter.

4. Photos, files and sharing

• Receipt photos: You choose a photo through Android's system picker. HisaabRakho copies it into the app's private storage on your device. The app does not browse your photo library in the background.
• Backups and reports: If you choose Export, HisaabRakho prepares a backup or report and asks Android where to save it. If you choose Restore, you choose a file for the app to import. These actions happen only when you request them.
• Sharing an event report: If you tap Share, Android opens the system share chooser. You choose the app or person to receive the report. The report can include the event name, participant names, expenses, contributions, balances and recorded payments. The chosen destination handles information you send under its own terms and privacy policy.

Exported or shared copies may remain outside the app in locations or services you select. Deleting a record in HisaabRakho does not delete copies you previously exported or shared.

5. Storage, retention and deletion

Your in-app records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear HisaabRakho's app data, or uninstall the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the app's local records and attached receipt photos. Save an export somewhere safe first if you want a separate copy. Files saved or shared outside the app must be deleted from those locations separately.

6. Purchases

If you obtain HisaabRakho as a paid app, Google Play handles the purchase and payment process. RA Pixel Labs does not receive your full payment card details through HisaabRakho. Google's handling of purchase information is described in Google's own privacy terms.

7. Android and other services

HisaabRakho uses Android's document picker and, when you request it, Android's share chooser. Google Play processes app downloads and purchases. Android, Google Play and any app you choose for sharing are separate services with their own privacy practices.

8. Children's privacy

HisaabRakho is a general-purpose expense tracker and is not designed specifically for children. It does not knowingly collect children's information on a server because the app does not send entered records to us.

9. Security

HisaabRakho stores records in the app's private storage on your device and does not upload them to our servers. Protect access to your device and keep exported backups secure. No storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top will show when the current policy took effect. If a future version adds online services or changes how information is handled, this policy will be revised to explain those changes.
